Served with crusty roll and butter

PARSNIP AND POTATO SOUP

Served with crusty roll and butter

CHICKEN LIVER AND COGNAC PARFAIT

With homemade chutney and oatcakes

PINEAPPLE AND WATERMELON PLATTER

Finished with a kiwi and mango salsa, drizzled with vanilla syrup



ROAST DONSIDE TURKEY

Traditionally trimmed with kilted chipolata, skirlie,

cranberry and bread sauce

ROAST RIB OF BEEF

Coated in a rich red wine gravy, served with Yorkshire pudding

STEAMED FILLET OF SALMON

Resting on a dill and white wine veloute

RISOTTO FRITTERS FLAVOURED WITH SWEET POTATO

AND PARMESAN CHEESE

Set on a roasted shallot and chive salad with black pepper dressing

Served with brussel sprouts, carrot and turnip batons and roast potatos.

With brandy and vanilla sauce
